ALEXANDER AITKEN has been favoured with instructions from the Proprietor, Mr. F. T. Bbbby, to DISPOSE OF, by PRIVATE CONTRACT, all his VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTY, situate in Suburban North, and called Gibnwood.
