ALEXANDER AITKEN has been ■ favoured with instructions from the Proprietor, Mr, F. T. Bbbbt, to DISPOSE OF, by PRIVATE CONTRACT, all his VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTY, situate in Suburban North, and called Gle'nwood. This very desirable property is about 10 miles from Nelson, and consists of 30 Acres of valuable timber Land, and 40 Acres, more or less, of arable Land, fit for the plough and of first-rate quality. But the principal recommendation to the whole is, its splendid -adaptation for supplying the markets with an article so much required, viz., Sawn Timber and Firewood. The Proprietor has partly erected, at a very considerable expense, a Saw Mill, intended for the use of . both Vortical and Circular Saws, the motive power of yrliich is ensured by a never-failing stream of water which flows through the property, and which, in addition to, working the Saw Mill, is also amply sufficient for a small Flour Mill, which the district will very soon require.
