Election of Trustees under the Nelson Tkust Fund Act. — Yesterday was tho day appointed for electing two Trustees under tho Nelson Trust Fiuid Act, to supply the vacancies lately caused in the Board. At tho appointed hour Mr. J. D. Greenwood was proposed by Captain "Walmsley, and seconded by Mr. Curtis ; Mr. Barnicoat was proposed by Mr. Muller, and seconded by Mr. Pearce. As no other nomination was made, the Returning Officer declared these two gentlemen duly elected.

The Governor's Levee. — In eonsequenco of tho unfavourable stato of tho weather ou Monday, the levea which his Excellency the Governor was to have held that day was postponed until to-morrow, when it will take place in the Odd Fellows' Hall, at twelve o'clock.
