THE CRIMEA.
We have received news, dated Vienna 3rd, containing intelligence from the Crimea up to the 29th. The Allies had received additional reinforcements, and were proceeding with fortifications. We have also Constantinople news to the 25th, which states that an attack was expected to be made by the Russians upon Eupatoria. The Russian army had been joined by 30,000 infantry. This constituted, with the large cavalry force also collected, a sufficient body to enable the enemy to undertake offensive operations. Parts, Thursday, July 5, 8 a. m._ "The Moniteur announces that General Pelissier has addressed the following despatch to the Minister of War :—
" ' Crimea, July 3rd, 4 p. in. " c The last duties have just been paid to Lord Raglan by the two armies with all the pomp which circumstances permitted. " ' Our works progress saUsfactorily. " ' The health of the troops has improved.' "
