Bebbt, to DISPOSE OF, by PRIVATE CONTRACT, all his VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTY, situate in Suburban tforth, and called Glenwood. This very desirable property is about 10 miles from kelson, and consists of 30 Acres of valuable timber jand, and 40 Acres, more or less, of arable Land, fit or the plough and of first-rate quality. But the principal recommendation to the whole is, its splendid idaptation for supplying the markets with an article io much required, viz., Sawn Timber and Firewood. The Proprietor has partly erected, at a very consiierable expense, a Saw Mill, intended for the use of both Vertical and Circular Saws, the motive power of ivbich is ensured by a never-failing stream of water which flows through the property, and which, in addition to working the Saw Mill, is also amply sufficient for a small Flour Mill, which the district will pery soon require.
