IN addition to the applications for Licenses previously published, I hereby, in accordance with the second clause of the Regulations for Depasturing Cattle on the Waste Lands of the Crown, give notice that the undermentioned Persons have applied for LICENSES for RUNS in the Districts specified against their names respectively; the definitions of boundaries and plans whereof may be seen at this Office by all whom it may' concern. Nave. Description and puraicT. Chas. Canning Amuri District: bounded on the northward by the River Clarence, eastward by a stream called the Ribble, southward by a range of snowy mountains forming Dr. Bush's northern boundary, west' ward by a stream called the Styx. W. T. L. Travers ...Ngatitahi District : on the north-west by the Stafford Mountains, north-east by the bottom of the eastern slopes of the Alma heights, south-west by a line run* ning across Tarn Dale, BOuth-east by a river, supposed to be the Wei«qtoa. J. W. Saxton Ngatitahi District : situated on the eastward of the run applied for by Mr. Travers, and extending to a chain of grassy hills. H. Stafford Ngatitahi District : situated between the eastern boundary of the run applied for by Mr. Saiton and the western boundary of Dr. Robertson's run. Vincent Hewitt Ngatitahi District : situated on the southward of the run applied for by Mr. Saxton, and extending to the southward five miles. Win. Mcßae Ngatitahi District : situated between the eastern boundary of the run applied for by Mr. V. Hewitt and the western boundary of Dr. Robertson's run. A. Eerr Ngatitahi District : southward by the Styx, and following up the Wai-otoa Valley to the northern end of Lake Tennyson, taking in all the grass country on both sides of the valley to the summits of the * Snowy Ranges. J. Hayne Ngatitahi District : southward the prolongation of the southern boundary of the run applied for by Mr. A. Kerr, eastward the summit of the Snowy Range on the west of the Wai-otoa Valley, westward seven miles from the eastern boundary, northward the prolongation of the northern berate dary of the run applied for by Mr. AKerr. M. Hutton Ngatitahi District: situated be* tween the runs applied for by Mi". A. Kerr and Mr. V. Hewitt. Job. Ward Ngatitahi District: northward by two small streams, one running into the Acheron, the other into the Wai-otoa; eastward by the western boundary of Dr. Robertson's run, southward by the River Clarence, westward' by the eastern boundary of the run applied, for by Mr. A. Robertson Amuri District : situated on the River Clarence, extending from the junction of the Acheron, and the Ribble with the Clarence ten miles towards, the sea, embracing the grass land on both sides of the valley.
