LANDED PROPERTY. MR. ALEXANDER AITKEN has been favoured with instructions from the Proprietor, Mr. F. T. Bbbbt. to DISPOSE OF, by fcgIVATD CONTRACT, all his VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTY, situate in Suburban Ndrthj and called Glenwood. This very desirable property is about 10 miles from Nelson, and consists of 80 Acres of valuable timber Land, and 40 Acres, more or less, of arable Land, fit for the plough and of first-rate quality. The Proprietor bis partly erected, at a very considerable expense, a Saw MiU, intended for the use of both. Vertical and Circular Saws, ihe motive power of which is ensured by a never-failing stream of water which flows through the property, and which^in addition to working the ' Saw Mill, is also amply sufficient for a Bmall Flour Mill, which the district will very soon require. The roads leading to the above are now daily improving, and it is- not improbable but that at some not very distant day the road to the Pelorus will pass through the district.
