CORRESPONDENCE.
To the Editor of the Nelson Examiner.
Sir — I beg to suggest that the " Ordinance to prevent Injury and Nuisance by Dogs," published last week, would, in my humble opinion, be much more effectual were Sections 2 and 3 to read as follows : —
2. All dogs to be annually registered therein, beyond the age of months, between the first and the of in every year.
3. On the annual registration, &c, &c. On the registration of all other dogs, a fee of five shillings shall be payable, &c, &c. I am, sir, &c,
