We should be happy to insert the communication of " Junius Rusticus,' 1 if-we did not think that, by so doing, we should attach importance to the sayings of the contemptible individual with whom he is so wroth. As the partiei personally interested in the matter appear to think the creature and its venom beneath their notice, would it not be as well to follow their example ?
