Institution on Tuessat next, the 15th, and Satcbdat, the 19th of August, with a GRAND EXHIBITION of PHANTASMAGORIA, CHINESE FIREWORKS, and MICRO--The Phantasmagoria consists of UPWARDS OF ONE HUNDRED FIGURES, .including. Illustrations of Astronomy, Natural History, and the Grotesque. The Microscopic Objects will be magnified five hundred times, showing the perfection of natural and the imperfection of artificial objects. A change in the performance will take pl*e* e*ch week on the above days till further notice. Several beautiful objects are now in preparation. Doors open at Half-past Six, performance to commence precisely at Seven o'clock. Front seats 25., back seats ls>, children half price. The Court of Director* of the New, Zealand Company hereby give notice that a limited number of allotments ol preliminary lands, each of which consists of three sections, vis., one acre of Town Land, fifty acres -of Suburban Land, and one hundred and fifty acres of Country Land, are still open for sale in their second settlement of Nelson. The price of each allotment is j^SOO. • 3. These allotments were unsold when the general ballot for priority of choice was held on the 3utfa of August last nevertheless, the numbers w,hich represent them in the original registry of applications were placed in the wheel with all the other numbers, and the unsold numbers were drawn promiscuously with those which had been already disposed of j consequently to each of tbe unsold numbers definite rights of priority of choice (distinct in respect to each of the sections above described) have been attached by the ballot.
