FOR CORRESPONDENTS.
Late yesterday evening, we received two letters from the country, one signed " One who has visited and is acquainted with the state of both settlements," and the other " Rusticus." We regret they were too late for this week's publication. If " Rusticus " will favour us with his name, in confidence, we shall be obliged.
