The Court of Directors of the New Zealand Company hereby give notice that a limited number of allotment* ol preliminary land*, each of which consists of three sections) vix., one acre of Town Land, fifty acre* of Suburban Land, and one hundred and fifty acres of Country Land, are still open for sale in their second settlement of Nelaon. The register of the original ballot will then shew to the party drawing the number, and to what right* of priority of choice be is entitled. 4. Applicants therefore will obtain preliminary allotments, on precisely the same tarns, with respect to price and the chances of priority of choice, as original purchaser*. I.
