At anchor in the Gulf, N.W. from Separation Point about ssven miles, a brig, name unknown ; not unlikely to be one of the surveying brigs, from her lying there so long. The pilot boat is gone to ascertain the fact. Sept 8, Mr. Rolph, from Massacre Bay, saw the Elizabeth at anchor between the islands on the 7th; all well.
