DOVEDALE JUNIOR W.D.F.U.

The October meeting of the Dovedale junior branch. W.D.F.U.. was held in the Sunday schoolroom. The president. Miss Jessie Jordan, presided over a good attendance of members. The monthly competition was, “the prettiest covered coat-hanger.” and was won by Miss J. Burnett with Miss J. Win second. The flower competition was won by Miss J. Burnett with Miss D. Jordan second. A competition arranged by Miss J. Burnett was won by Miss H. Burnett. The roll call, “the most welcome sound,” brought forth many amusing comments. A delicious afternoon tea served by the hostesses brought the meeting to a close.
