NEW TRIAL ORDERED
(Rec. 12.10 p.m.) Ankara, Oct. 19. A retrial was ordered for the two Russians, Leonid Kornilov and Yorgi Pavlov, who were sentenced to 20 years imprisonment after a bomb attempt last lJuly against the German Ambassador. Herr von Papen. The Turkish Court of Cassation cancelled the previous judgment.—P.A.
