WOODEN HEELS FOR WOMEN’S SHOES
London, Sept. 24. Only wooden heels will be allowed on women’s shoes made after Ist November. Decoration and ornamentation v ill be limited to a labour cost of 4d for women’s shoes. 2d for men’s and girl's, and Id for infants*.
