CHILE AND ARGENTINA
POLICY OF NEUTRALITY (Rec. 1.55 p.m.) luenos Aires, Oct. 16. The Foreign Minister, Mr Ruiz Guinazu, stated that Argentina had no intention of breaking relations with the Axis at present and will adhere to the policy of strict neutrality. Meanwhile reports from Carscas indicated that the Venezuelan and Colombian Governments are attempting to bring Chile closer to the hemispheric co-operation with the reconciliation of Chile and the United States as an objective P.A.
