RUMANIAN FOREIGN MINISTER
TO VISIT HITLER'S HEADQUARTERS London, Oct. 16. The Stockholm correspondent of the “Daily Express” says General Anton - escu, Rumanian Foreign Minister, is tu visit Hitler’s headquarters at the end of the month when the Fuhrer will appoint him Commander-in-Chief of one section of the ’southern front. Forty Rumanian divisions, totalling 750.00<* men are fighting in Russia. —P.A.
