MESSAGE FOR ITALIANS
U.S. BOMPIILETS DROPPED Washington, Oct. 14. Millions of copies in the Italian language of his message that unnatural - ised Italians in the United States are no longer classified as enemy aliens have been dropped from planes over Italy, said the Attorney-General. Mr Biddle, to the Immigration Committee of the House of Representatives. He predicted that this action would have a tremendous psychological effect. Questioned about Japanese aliens, Mr Bicklle said the Japanese was in a class of his own. Nobody seemed to understand the operations of his mind. —P.A.
