POLISH REFUGEES IN UGANDA RUGBY. Oct. 14.—A scheme for the temporary settlement of Polish refugees has now been arranged. In accordance with an agreement between the British and Soviet Governments 10,000 Polish non-combatants who took refuge in Siberia in 1933 will be permittle to reside in Uganda for the duration of the war.
