CHANGE IN STATUS QUO LIKELY REPORTS OF ALLIED MOVEMENTS London, Oct. 14. Spanish diplomatic circles expect a change in the status quo of French West Africa within 48 hours, says the Madrid correspondent of a German-con-trolled Swedish telegraph agency.
