TJfiAGK' DEATH OF WOMAN Auckland, Oct 14. Relieving that she was suffering from pressure on the head, causing her mind to lade, a young and happily-married woman, after writing poignant letters to friends and to the coroner, donned a bathing suit and went into the sea at Blockhouse Bay. her body being found later This was disclosed at the inquest on Nancy Freer, aged 31 who resided in Parnell i:i *a letter to friends. Mrs Freer wrote that had she known that she had pressure on the head she would not have married. She was a brilliant musician and toured extensively in England and Canada. "In Aubrey I had the most wonderful husband any woman could have." she wrote. "No one ei>e really understood me. I cannot hear to leave him, but it's better just drifting off. Help him through this. I hope he will remarry and save his happiness.” The husband in evidence said they lived happily, and his wife had no illhealth till two months ago. The coroner. Mr Hunt, gave a verdict of suicide bv drowning. — P.A
