FRANK AND CANDID REPORT PROMISED New York. Oct. 14. Mr Wilikie told the New York “Her-ald-Tribune" that he intends to make a full, frank and candid report to the American people, possibly on the radio, discussing the second front and also rules of censorship pertaining to news transmitted to America.—P.A. The Consolidated CB7 four-engined transport in which Mr Wilikie circled the world travelled 30,917 miles in 161 h hours. It was the first round-the-world passenger flight via North Pacific. —P.A.
