NELSON COLLEGE OLD BOY | Advice has been received by Mrs Keith Silcock. who is staying with her sister in Auckland, that her husband, Pilot-Officer Keith Silcock, has been awarded the D.F.C. Pilot-Officer Silcock, who is an old boy of Nelson College, is one of few New Zealanders flying Lancaster bombers and is the only New Zealander in his squadron. He left New Zealand in August of last 3 7 ear and went direct to Britain where he was flying Whitney bombers before his appointment to his present squadron.
