CANADIAN WHEAT
SHIPMENTS TO RUSSIA (Rec. 10.45 a.m.) Rugby, Sept. 1. The sending of Canadian wheat to Russia in considerable quantities iu recent months was disclosed to-day by Mr MacKinnon, Minister of Trade at Ottawa. Shipments have been made in the form of flour via the British Isles and for the sake of convenience have been drawn from United Kingdom stocks ready for shipment at Canadian ports.—B.O.W.
