REPRESENTATIVES V. THE REST ON SATURDAY VISIT OF THIRD GRADE TEAM The final Rugby games of the 1942 season will be played this Saturday. The programme provided will include a match between a third grade representative teaVn from Marlborough and the local third grade representatives. A strong side has been selected and a good game should result. Owing to the good showing that the senior representative Seddon Shield team made against Buller last weekend several requests have been received by supporters who want to see this team in action, and a match has been arranged. the Representatives v. The Rest. The Representative team will be the same as played at Westport while The Rest will include players who at the last moment were unable to make the trip and this team should fully extend the Representative* team. The teams are as follows: REPRESENTATIVES Full-back: Kotua. Three-quarters: Common, Henderson, Ward. Five-eighths: Hay. Parker. Half-back: Sherlock. Forwards: Clark, Schwass. Gargiulo. Sorenson, Askew. Soane, Winstanley, Jolly. THE REST Full-back: Boyce. Three-quarters: McKenzie. Samuels, Langrope. Five-eighths: Mitchell. Barker. Half-back: Kiely. Forwards: Goard, Heath, Ramsey, Clark, Challies. Lewis. Witchern. New. Emergencies: Black, Sharland, Elkington. Players not available are asked to notify the secretary. THIRD GRADE REPRESENTATIVES The following third grade representative team has been selected to play Marlborough on Saturday at Trafalgar Park: Forwards: Pannell (O.B.), Baigent (Rival), Bolton (O.B.). Newport (R.). Cullen (O.B.), Caughlan (N.), J. Snow <N.). Palmer (W.). Half-back: McDowell <W.). Five-eighths: S. Riley (N.). B. Langrope (N.) (capt,).
