QUEEN WILHELMINA’S BIRTHDAY
CELEBRATION BY NETHERLANDS NAVY (Rec. 10.45 a.m.) Rugby, Aug. 31. A certain British port became a “Little Holland” to-day when crews of the minesweeping flotilla of the Royal Netherlands Navy went ashore to celebrate Queen Wilhelmina’s 62nd birthday. The crews marched through the streets of the town which were flag bedecked and later officers entertained officers of the British and other Allied services.—B.O.W.
