CLOUDY WITH SCATTERED RAIN Wellington, This Day. The forecast is for moderate to fresh north-easterly to northerly winds, changing to north-westerly. The weather will probably prove cloudy with occasional scattered rain chiefly in the western hills. Temperatures moderate.
