SOVIET BLACK SEA FLEET
NEGOTIATIONS WITH TURKS London, Aug. 11. The Hungarian newspaper “Prester Lloyd 1 ’ says the Soviet is negotiating with the Turks for the passage of the Soviet Black Sea Fleet through <* e Dardanelles if the Germans occupy the remaining Black Sea ports. The Soviet, it says, aims at making contact with the British Mediterranean Fleet.
