AUSTRALIAN ADVISORY WAR COUNCIL (Rec. 10.55 a.m.) Canberra, This Day Despite recent suggestions of lack of harmony among the members of the Advisory War Council representatives of both the Government and the Op position evinced a desire at to day’s meeting for a continuance of the Council. Mr Curtin Prime Minister, describ-
ed the proceedings as characterised by a complete concentration on war pro blems, and added that the discussions were most helpful and harmoniou*. The censorship issue on which the Gov. ernment and the Opposition had recently clashed was not raised.—P.A.
