The onus of establishing a case to the satisfaction of the board still rested on the person seeking relief. ; "The sooner this matter is cleared up . the better,” said the chairman of the board. Such cases are judged, not by J the fact that they bear the director’s i name, but on the evidence produced bythe person seeking relief. ’
