FAIR TO FINE Wellington, This Day. The forecast is for moderate easterly to north-easterly winds. Weather fair to fine. Temperatures cold with sharp frosts and some morning fogs. Further outlook fair to cloudy. The heavy gusty wind of the past wo days subsided last evening and the .light was clear and cold. There was a frost of 8.6 degrees. Almost perfect spring weather prevailed in Nelson today when there was bright sunshine, a clear blue sky, and only a slight south-easterly breeze. Yesterday 3 ours 5 minutes’ sunshine was recorded
