AMAZING DISCLOSURES REVOLUTION IN INDIA (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copy right) DELHI, 20lh January. Amazing disclosures of an alleged plot to establish a National Government at Bombay were made at the trial of 25 Congressmen who were arrested on Christmas Day. Papers were found revealing that the headquarters of the movement were near Government House, with plans to kill police officers, and Government officials, burn the police stations, and arming and inciting the villagers as a preliminary to a general revolution. Several of accused were “ministers” in the new Government. Another plan was to induce Indians to embarass the Government by boycotting post offices, savings banks, and Government loans by cashing Treasury bills and postal certificates
