NORWEGIAN CAPTAIN CHARGED (By Telegraph—Press Association) DUNEDIN, This Day. The Norwegian ship June was the subject of further proceedings in the Police Court when the master of the vessel, Trorolaf Hanncvig, was proceeded against by the Superintendent of the Mercantile Marine on a charge that he proceeded from Lyttelton Port Chalmers without a full crew as specified in section 54 of the Shipping and Seamen Act. After the evidence was heard the Magistrate said if he decided that the Court had jurisdiction, he would then consider the question of penalty. Ho would take time to consider it.
