Preparations for the establishment of an Advisory Board to assist, by expert advice and consultation, mortgagors and mortgagees in financial difficulties, are well forward locally. A constitution has been adopted, and provisional directors have been appointed. Work will commence as soon as Government approval and an. assurance of assistance by the payment of administration expenses has been received.
