MELBOURNE, 19th January. There were serious unemployed disorders here to-day. A procession of 500 men blocked tratfic on its way to the Ministerial building where it was intended to demonstrate. ■ f Mounted police carried out a series ot baton charges, tore banners to pieces, and dispersed the ci’owd in all directions. Twelve were arrested.
