BRITISH BILL (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, 6th January. The adoption of preferential voting exactly similar to Australia’s, the abolition of double electorates, University seats, and plural voting except in the City of London, restriction in the use of vehicles, and reduction in election expenses, are the chief points in the Government’s amending electoral Bill.
