BOMBAY’S WAR COUNCIL CLASH WITH POLICE 'United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 17th January, 10.35 a.m.) DELHI. 16th January. Defiant as ever. Bombay’s war council, although declared an unlawful association, declared that it is going to enforce the stoppage of business and traffic, including the cessation of work at mills, workshops, markets, and shops throughout Bombay. Trouble occurred to-day at Alimedabad, where the police fired oil a defiant mob demonstrating in connection with the Sholapur executions. It is believed that 150 were injured.
