VALUE pF GRADING (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) OTTAWA, 15th January. A report from London (Ontario) states that Dr. J. A. Ruddick, Dominion Dairy Commissioner, informed the Ontario Dairy Association that the grading of Canadian cheese had created a market premium of three cents a lb aver the chief competitor, New Zealand.
