WANTS TO SWIM COOK STRAIT
(By Telegraph—Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH. This Day. Tom Morris, an Australian long distance swimmer, ’s anxious to come to the Dominion and attempt to sv/im Cook Strait. This information was contained in a letter read at a meeting of the Canterbury head centre of the Royal Life Saving Society. Morris asked the centre to find him employment, but it was decided to take no action.
