MYSTERY CLEARED UP

COFFINS IN SYDNEY HARBOUR (United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright) SYDNEY, 15th January. The mystery regarding the coffins found floating in the vicinity of Sydney Heads lias been solved by a radio message from the steamer Cabarita saving that the coffins were dumped overboard by the crew who regarded them in the nature of a “hoodoo.” The Cabarita was the vessel which was nearly lost in Bass Strait before Christmas, and upon which an engineer was scalded to death. She was previously in the run to the East.
