OVERRIDING RAILWAY COM= MISSIONER ACTION BY AIR LANG (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) SYDNEY, 14th January. The Premier Air Lang took drastic steps to-day to override the railway commissioners who recently refused to release Mr Goode, a subordinate officer, whom Air Lang desired should help him evolve a Alinistry of Transport. Air Lang has issued a proclamation wliereunder lie obtains the political control of the railways, and whereby he is enabled to ration the services of three railway commissioners for such a period as he desires.
