The second Auckland wool sale of the season will be opened next Saturday, when 17,282 bales will be offered, although the allocation is 25,000 bales. As there was a big carry-over from the first sale, and much shearing has been done since then, it- appears that many growers are still determined ta withhold their clip in the hope of better prices.
