ALLOWANCES BEING REDUCED

GOVERNMENT ECONOMY MEASURE (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. A circular has been issued by the Wellington Education Board advising probationers and training college students that their allowance is being reduced by £5.
