THE MUNGANA LEASES (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) BRISBANE, I,lth January. It is unlikely that the prosecution of Messrs Theodore and McCormack and others over the Mnngana leases will be heard before April. The Premier, Mr Moore, states that the Government is not responsible for the delay as the matter is in the hands of the Court.
