(Received 13th January, 10.40 a.m.) LONDON. I,2th January. There is every reason to believe that Sir Isaac Isaacs appointment as Gover-nor-General of Australia is perfectly valid and that Sir Isaac Isaacs can take over the governorship as soon as convenient.
