The Plunket Shield cricket team for the match with Auckland at Auckland commencing on 23rd January is as follows : Lowry, Dempster, Cameron, Hepburn, James, McLeod, Lambert, McGirr, Massey, Blundell, J. Newman, Crook. MARYLEBONE DEFEATS NATAL BY INNINGS AND 70 RUNS (Received 13th January, 10.40 a.m.) CAPETOWN, 12th January. Marylebone scored 284 (A. Woods taking six for 83). Natal in the second innings made 107, Marylebone thus winning by an innings and 70 runs.
