TRADES AND LABOUR COUNCIL
SEVERS CONNECTION WITH ALLIANCE (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, 9th January. An important step was taken at a meeting of the Wellington Trades and Labour Council last night. It was decided that the Council, which hitherto has acted as a district council for the Alliance of Labour, shall sever connect .on with the Alliance.
