GRANT FOR RELIEF - (United Press Association—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 9th January, 11.45 a.m.) OTTA WA;:; Bth January. A relief grant of at least £20,000,000 will bo made to prairie farmers during the coming session of Parliament as a straight gift. It is conservatively estimated that there are 150,000 farmers in need, with dependents of 600,000. The grant is likely to be based on, two dollars to every one granted by Provincial Governments.
