TROUBLE ON SUBMARINE Qmtlsh Official Wireless) RUGBY, 6th January. The Admiralty announces that the court of inquiry into the occurrences on the submarine depot ship Lucia sat to-day, and will resume to-morrow. Until all the evidence has been heard and the report of the court has been forwarded by the commander-in-chief at Plymouth, no further statement can be issued.
